If you like whales and you’re planning a February visit to Kahana Beach, featuring magnificent oceanfront views, your timing couldn’t be better. Your stay coincides with the 39th annual Maui Whale Festival, a month-long celebration of the island’s favorite migrating mammal, the humpback whale. The yearly festival includes a series of events during Maui’s peak humpback whale season and is designed to build awareness of these magnificent creatures and their ocean habitat. The festival commences with the Run & Walk for Whales on Feb. 2 and concludes with a Keiki Concert Cruise on Feb. 23. Click here for more information. We hope to see you here!
